Assignment details

Welcome to Legal Writing and Research. I am looking forward to connecting with all of you during your scheduled Legal Writing and Research classes during Orientation. You need to purchase the books referred to in the first class assignment in addition to the Bluebook, Twentieth Edition and the Assignments and Authorities Fall 2018 which is only available for purchase in the Law Building room 115. You need a check as the Law School does not accept cash or credit cards. All other books are available at the CSU Bookstore, on Amazon or on E-Bay. Please have your books with you for our first class during Orientation.

Your assignment for the first class is to read Chapter One, excluding the problems, in Writing and Analysis in the Law, Sixth Edition, Shapo, Walter, and Fajans, and read in Finding the Law pp 8-16 (The Big Picture). If I may be of further assistance, please contact me at s.kerbernull@csuohio.nulledu. Again Welcome to C|M|Law.
