First Assignment Spring 2019

Commercial Law

LAW 601 Section 1

Mark J. Sundahl

Assignment details

Hello Commercial Law Students!

I am very much looking forward to our time together on Tuesday and Thursday mornings to study Commercial Law. I love teaching this course -- which is at the heart of business law -- and I hope to impart my enthusiasm to you. This course is about the UCC. In particular, Art 2 on the sales of goods, Art 3 on negotiable instruments (checks and promissory notes). and Article 4 on banking law.

In advance of our first meeting, please read the introductory sections in our textbook about Art 2 and Art 3 -- specifiically, pp. 1-9 and 391-393.

I look forward to seeing you all soon!
