Dear Secured Transactions Students,

Our adventure in Secured Transactions is about to begin. Article 9 of the UCC is the only UCC chapter that has launched multiple reality TV shows. It will be an interesting semester. I look forward to sharing my enthusiasm for the law to you.

In advance of our first meeting, please spend at least 30 minutes reviewing the structure and section titles of Article 9 of the UCC. When we meet, we will try to take in a comprehensive overview of the subject.
