There are two required texts for our course:

(1) Knapp, Crystal & Prince, Problems in Contract Law: Cases and Materials (8th ed. Wolters Kluwer) [Please be sure to purchase the 8th edition of the casebook]; and

(2) 2017-2018, Knapp, Crystal & Prince, Rules of Contract Law (Wolters Kluwer). The latter is a statutory supplement to the casebook.

For the first week of class, please read pages 1-17 in Chapter 1 and pages 29-51 in Chapter 2 of the casebook.
