The text for our course is Samuel Estreicher, Michael C. Harper, Elizabeth C. Tippett, Cases and Materials on Employment Law: The Field As Practiced (5th ed. 2016).
The first Module will be available to you on Friday at 6 p.m. If you would like to get a head start, please read pages 9-23 in the casebook. The Module also will contain supplemental reading.
