The text for our class is Gabaldon & Sagers, Business Organizations (Wolters-Kluwer/Aspen, 2d ed. 2018), ISBN 978-1454896593. 

You do NOT need to buy the "bind-in access" code for online content, or any other expensive, additional nonsense. Just the casebook. You can try to use the first edition if you like, and the savings are pretty substantial, but it will be your responsibility to make sure that you are keeping up with all the reading assignments.

For the first day of class, please read pages 3-20.
