  • Topic -The JEDI Practitioner Journey 

Whether you are new to the field of JEDI, or an experienced practitioner, the ability to engage in critical self-reflection, to understand and speak from your own experiences, and to listen with your full ‘self’ are key skills required to do do the work of being an anti-racist. This session will introduce several core concepts including implicit bias, racism, and anti-racism. Students will have the opportunity to engage in dialogue around how these concepts related to their personal experiences and work. Through their participation in this session, they will practice skills needed to engage in anti-racist work.
