Assignment details

Greetings Class:

For our first class, please read pages 1 to 12 and 35 to 47 in your text. The first case we will review will be the Ray v. William G. Eurice & Bros. case, which is set forth in Ch. 2.

Our first class will be held on Tuesday, January 19th at 7:50 p.m. The Zoom link for our course will be posted on Blackboard, which you will have access to on the afternoon of Friday, January 15th. The syllabus for the course and other information relevant to the course will also be posted on Blackboard.
