For our first class, Tuesday, January 19th, at 6:00 PM, on Zoom, please read pages 1-27 (top) in the casebook, PROPERTY, Dukeminier et al., 9th edition (2018), Wolters Kluwer. 

Make sure your casebook is the 9th edition, not any earlier edition; the final examination will be open book and questions may be keyed to the 9th edition.

A syllabus will be sent out prior to our first class; please read it before we meet.
