First Assignment Summer 2021

Estates and Trusts

LAW 609 Section 501

April L. Cherry

Assignment details

Casebook information:

We will be using an older edition (9th edition) of the Dukeminier Wills& Trusts caseboook. As you can imagine, this is not an area that changes rapidly, so try to use an older edition to keep the cost low. You should be able to get this edition very cheaply either from students who are taking the course in the Spring 2021 semester, through Chegg, or through the University bookstore.

The Casebook: Jesse Dukeminier & Robert H. Sitkoff, Wills, Trusts, and Estates (9th ed. Wolters Kluwer 2013).

ISBN 978-1-4548-2457-2.

I will post a first assignment the week before the summer semester begins.

Best,

Prof. Cherry
