First Assignment Fall 2021

Family Law

LAW 618 Section 1

April L. Cherry

Assignment details

Hello All.

Welcome to Family Law. This semester we will be using Weisberg & Appleton, Modern Family Law: Cases and Materials (6th Ed.) (2016). Please note that this is an older edition of the casebook. If you haven't purchased it already through our bookstore, you should be able to purchase (or rent) it through online sellers for under $75. (This is the reason I'm using an older edition -- in order to keep your costs down).

Below you will find the reading assignments for the first week of class. The class website (on Blackboard) should be available by the end of the week. I will let you know when the site goes live.

I look forward to meeting you all on Tuesday!

Best, Prof. Cherry
