For our first class, Monday, January 10th, at 1045 AM (note different starting time from fall semester), please read CB pages 409-427 (top), as we continue with separation of powers.

I am not certain about the room in which we will meet. At the time of this writing we are listed in LB 202. I am hoping that we will meet in LB 237, as we did fall semester, but if not we will probably meet in LB 11 or 12. Sorry to be uncertain; I have an email list of all registered students and will send out a message when the room is definitely assigned.
