Assignment details

The required book for Criminal Law, LAW506-1, is Joshua Dressler, Understanding Criminal Law (8th edition 2018). Please make sure to get the 8th edition, you should be able to find it used.

The assignment for the first day of class, Monday 1.9.23, is: 

-Dressler, Understanding Criminal Law, §§ 1.01-1.02[A] and [B], 3.01-3.03 (I am assigning "sections" of the book, not page numbers)

-Ohio Revised Code (O.R.C.) §§ 2901.02, 2901.03, 2901.05(A), (E). Find this online, here is one good place to find it: https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code

-Listen to Episode One of the Serial Season 3 podcast, available at https://serialpodcast.org/
