Module 1 Discussion:

Does cyberspace represent a radical change in technology, or is it just a natural evolution of pre-existing technologies?

Given cyberspace’s unique technological characteristics, do you anticipate that new laws, specific to cyberspace, should be created? Or do you think current law is flexible enough to incorporate actions in cyberspace?

Module 1 Assignment:

Write a brief essay of 200-300 words considering the nature and characteristics of cyberspace:

Is there a particular aspect of society that will be difficult to legislate as it relates to online activities?
