Welcome to Corporations!

The following Casebooks is required for the class:

• Casebook: Alan Palmiter, Frank Partnoy, & Elizabeth Pollman, Corporations: A Contemporary Approach (3rd edition)

I recommend that you also obtain CasebookPlus:

• Recommended: CasebookPlus – Included with new textbooks, but the Learning Library can be purchased separately on textbook website.

Our first class session is on Tuesday afternoon, August 22, commencing at 10:35 a.m. in Room 237. Please read the Chapter 1, pages 1-21 and Chapter 5, pages 103-111.

The specific reading assignments for the remaining classes will be made available to you on the Syllabus which will be discussed and made available on the first day of class. The Blackboard page for the course will be up and running soon.
