Welcome to the Employment Discrimination course! The book we will use this semester is Maria L. Ontiveros, Roberto L. Corrada, et al., Employment Discrimination Law, Cases and Materials on Equality in the Workplace (West 10th ed. 2021).

For our first class, please read Ch.1, pages 3-9 and Ch. 2, pages 11-20.
