(The 4th edition is out of print, so we needed to use the 5th to ensure everyone could get a copy. However, almost all of the assignments are available in the 4th edition and I'll provide page numbers if available. For those using the 4th edition, the first day assignment is pgs 1- 15, 25-28.)
