Assignment details

Hello All: We will begin our study of property by thinking about some fundamental questions, including: What is property, why is it important, and how does one acquire it in the first instance? You will find the first reading assignment on our Blackboard page. It should be available by Thursday, January 4.

Dukeminier, Krier, et al., Property: Concise Edition (3rd ed. 2021) (page numbers refer to casebook unless otherwise specified)
Murray, Cuison-Villazor, & Brophy, Integrating Spaces ( 2nd ed 2023) (hereinafter “I.S.”)
Additional reading assignments will be made available on Blackboard as indicated.
