• Recommended: CasebookPlus – Included with new textbooks, but the Learning Library can bepurchased separately on textbook website.
• Supplement: Course materials, assignments, and announcements will be posted on the course Blackboard page.
It is fine if you choose to use a different edition, but you will be entirely responsible for identifying differences in page number, sections, substance and finding a way to read them in preparation for class
