The text we will use for the Spring 2026 semester is Maria L. Ontiveros, Roberto L. Corrada, et al., Employment Discrimination Cases and Materials on Equality in the Workplace (West Academic Publishing 10th ed. 2021). (Note: an 11th edition of this text was recently released; however, we will use the 10th edition).
For our first class, please read pages 1-36.
