Professional Woman Bring the Knowledge of the Law graphic

Many businesses and organizations have a need for those who can understand and work with laws and regulations without the need for counsel. Be the professional who brings that knowledge with the Master of Legal Studies.

The Master of Legal Studies (MLS) graduate degree at Cleveland State University College of Law offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your career credentials by gaining applied legal knowledge valued across multiple professions. Individualized tracks are available, along with our Online MLS in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy.

What can you do with a Master of Legal Studies?

CSU|LAW one of the first law schools to offer a degree of this kind and over the years we have educated professionals who have used their MLS degrees to advance in a spectrum of careers, including health care and corporate compliance, education administration, business and nonprofit management, law enforcement, community advocacy, cybersecurity and data privacy and many more. Professionals holding an MLS are able to understand and work effectively with changing legislation and compliance, assess the need for regulation, protect ideas and organizational assets, advocate for change, and interact with counsel.
