Cleveland-based lawyer and sports agent Mark Termini has represented professional basketball players, coaches, and executives for more than 30 years. From 2014 to 2019, he personally negotiated $1.4 billion in contracts for a number of NBA clients, including Ben Simmons, John Wall, Eric Bledsoe, Tristan Thompson, Draymond Green, and LeBron James. Over the course of his career he has negotiated more than $2 billion in professional sports contracts. His is the author of an acclaimed 2023 book, “Words to Negotiate By: Axioms, proverbs and collected wisdom from a lifetime operating in the complex worlds of business and sports.” Mark is a distinguished 1984 alumnus of CSU|LAW.
