Analyzing the Trump Indictments

For the first time in American history, a former president of the United States faces criminal charges -- in not one but four separate cases, involving alleged election interference as well as alleged misuse of classified information.  Professors Abigail Moncrieff and Jonathan Witmer-Rich will discuss the constitutional and criminal law issues at play in the four pending indictments against President Donald Trump.  The event is free and open to students, faculty, staff, and members of the public, and will include a question-and-answer period.

This event has passed,  but a recording is available below.
