Career Connect

Released on Sep 16, 2025

From the Deans' Suite - 9/16/25 - Connect with Our Recent Graduates

Cleveland State University College of Law graduates are practice-ready and prepared to lead. Our Class of 2025 graduates bring grit, passion, and a strong work ethic, and they are ready to add value to your organization.

One of our top priorities is ensuring that every one of our graduates reaches their dream of becoming a lawyer. From the very start of law school, our dedicated and talented Career Strategy team—Assistant Dean Nick DeSantis, Jaime Gay, and our newest team member, Tom Housel—works closely with students to identify career goals, build professional skills, and connect them with opportunities that will bring those goals to life. Their expertise, guidance, and encouragement make a powerful difference in helping our graduates chart successful and meaningful career paths.

Our students also benefit from the unparalleled support of our alumni community. We are proud to claim the strongest law alumni association of any law school—thousands of graduates who lead in every area of the profession and who give back generously with their time, wisdom, and connections. Now is the time to demonstrate that strength to our recent graduates by helping them make the critical transition from law school to practice, and by ensuring they feel the full measure of the lifelong community they are joining.

Every Tuesday, CSU|Law will highlight a talented graduate who is seeking employment on our Cleveland State University College of Law social media - LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. We would love for you to connect with them, whether for your immediate hiring needs or to help them build their network as they embark on their legal careers.  Every connection strengthens their network and demonstrates our shared commitment to be Your Law School for Life. This month we are highlighting recent graduates Gilbert Jones, Taneisha Fair, and Ellenia Matthews

Our jobs board is visible to students and alumni, and we accept job postings here.
