Monday Morning Message 5.8.23 Your Law School For Life

This morning I want to share some positive messages I’ve recently received from graduates of the Class of 2o22 who passed the February 2023 Bar Exam and students who have recently been admitted to our law school. 

We are very proud that the way we treat our admitted students is the same way we treat our current students and our graduates – with respect, support, and individual attention.

Our message is “we are your law school for life.”

February 2023 Bar Passers

Dear Associate Deans [Carolyn] Broering-Jacobs and [Jonathan] Witmer-Rich, “I wanted to reach out to relay that I was successful on the 2023 bar exam, my first attempt, and express my thanks for everything CSU Law leadership did for me during my times of difficulty during law school, especially the help, support, and advocacy both of you provided for me….I am so appreciative of the patience, kindness, and understanding that was extended to me….”– Graduate, Class of 2022

2023 Admitted Students

“I'm a new MLS [Master of Legal Studies] student. I want to personally thank Julie DiBiasio [Director, Graduate Studies and Professional Development] for accepting me and giving me this opportunity. Ms. DiBiasio has helped me every step of the way. I'm a recent graduate of a master of forensic psychology program. This program will surely help complement my forensic practice and will continue to make a world of difference.” – Admitted MLS Student

I was really able to get a sense of the community at CSU Law and the environment, and honestly, it blew me away. I look forward to attending the Admitted Students weekend in a couple of weeks with two of my teenage children, who are very proud of their mom for following her dreams! I also want to thank you and your staff for being accessible and responsive when I’ve had questions along the way. The precedent that has been set during the admissions process is encouraging and positive.”
