Assignment details

The following text books for the class are required, and they are available at the Cleveland State Bookstore at 2121 Euclid Avenue:

1. The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, Nineteenth Edition (required) 

2. Writing and Analysis in the Law, Shapo, Walter, Fajans, Sixth Edition (2013) (required)

3. Finding The Law, Twelfth Edition, Berring, (Thompson/West 2005) (required)

An additional text for ► §§ 22 & 23 is required: Prof. Kerber's Assignments & Authorities which is only available at the Law School in LB 115 between the hours from 8:00 to 5:00.The cost is approximately $6.00, and payment is by check only.

 

Your assignment for the first class on August 19th is to read in Writing and Analysis in the Law Chapter One (excluding the problems) and to read in Finding the Law pp. 8-16.
