First Assignment Fall 2015

The textook is Simmons and Hutchins, Learning Criminal Procedure (West 2015).

For our first day of class, please read Chapter 1 (Introduction to Criminal Procedure) and Chapter 28 (Screening by the Prosecutor).

If you just took Crim Pro I with me, you have alread read Chapter 1, and you don't have to read it again. You might want to skim it for background.
