Hello All. I am looking forward to Estates and Trusts with you this summer. We will be using Dukeminier & Sitkoff, Wills, Trusts, and Estates (9th edition) (2013). This is a previous edition NOT the newest edition. The newer edition is not different in significant ways so you can all save a little money and purchase a used book. If you have any questions, please let me know.
