For our first class on Monday, January 7, 2019, at 10:45 AM, in room LB 237, please read pages 126 (middle) through 142 (middle) and Problems 6-1 through 6-3 in the casebook (Martyn and Fox, TRAVERSING THE ETHICAL MINEFIELD, 4th ed., 2018 Aspen) , and rules 1.2, 1.6, 1.8(b), and 1.16(a) and (c) in the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct ("ORPC") (available, no charge) ar Student Services Center January 2nd).

For Wednesday, January 9th, pages 142-146 (top) and 205-219 (top) and Problems 1-5 and 8-7 through 8-10 in the casebook, and rules 1.1 through 1.4, 1.13, 3.3, 4.1, 5.1, 5.2, and 8.4.
