I look forward to meeting you. Attached is a preliminary syllabus we will use as a roadmap for understanding U.S. criminal procedure and topics surrounding contemporary criminal justice reforms.

The reading assignments are listed on the syllabus. The page numbers refer to the assigned textbook: Joshua Dressler et al., CRIMINAL PROCEDURE: INVESTIGATING CRIME, 7TH ED.

You can find other assigned readings on Blackboard.

Please come to the first class with three discussion questions/comments regarding the assigned readings.
