Hi everyone!  We don't have a textbook for this class (other than The Bluebook).  For our first class, please read these three law review articles.  I would like you to be prepared to discuss:
  1. What the author's goal(s) is;
  2. How the article is organized;
  3. Strengths of the article;
  4. Weaknesses of the article.
