Section 61 - Our first day of class is Wednesday, August 14 at 6:00 pm in room LB 201.
Section 1 - Our first day of class is Thursday, August 15 at 2:30 pm in room LB 201.

The following Casebooks is required for the class: Frank Partnoy & Elizabeth Pollman, Business Organizations: A Contemporary Approach (4th edition).

For our first day of class, log in and familiarize yourself with the Blackboard materials and come with any questions. Please read the following:
Chapter 3, pages 66-72
Chapter 2, pages 11-14
Chapter 5, pages 125-132

The specific reading assignments for the remaining classes will be made available to you on blackboard which will be discussed on the first day of class.
