Happy New Year! Welcome to Property Class, Spring 2025!

TEXTS & MATERIALS
• Casebook: John G. Spranking and Raymond R. Coletta, Property – A Contemporary Approach, (5th edition, West).
• Workbook: Colletta, Exam Pro Workbook on Estates and Future Interests (3rd edition, West).
• Recommended: CasebookPlus – Included with new textbooks, but the Learning Library can be purchased separately on textbook website.
• Supplement: Course materials, assignments, and announcements will be posted on the course Blackboard page.
It is fine if you choose to use a different edition, but you will be entirely responsible for identifying differences in page number, sections, substance and finding a way to read them in preparation for class
