Assignment details

Welcome to Bankruptcy Law 624!

Our required textbook for this semester is The Law of Debtors and Creditors: Text, Cases and Problems (8th Ed.) by Elizabeth Warren, Jay Lawrence Westbrook, Katherine Porter, and John A.E. Pottow. Please note the authors use “assignments” instead of chapters.

For our first class, please read Assignment 1: A & B and Assignment 14.

I look forward to seeing you next week. I hope you had a great break!

Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.

Professor Kravchenko
