The Cleveland-Marshall College of Law invites applications for a full-time Visiting Assistant Professor of Law position to teach in one or more of the following areas health law, critical race theory, and cybersecurity and data privacy for the 2021-2022 academic year starting on August 16, 2021. Duties will include teaching, scholarly research and writing, working with the Center for Health Law and Policy or Center for Cybersecurity and Privacy Protection, and ordinary committee service.
Minimum Qualifications: J.D. or equivalent degree with a distinguished academic record from an ABA-accredited law school; evidence of potential for significant scholarly achievement and teaching ability.
Preferred Qualifications: J.D. or equivalent degree with a specialization in health law, critical race theory or cybersecurity and data privacy. The preferred candidate will have an outstanding academic record, including law review, judicial clerkship, a record of scholarly research and publication, and experience teaching online courses. The ability to contribute through teaching and/or service to the diversity, cultural sensitivity, and excellence of the academic community
