I'm looking forward to meeting you at our first class at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 in Room LB 11. For that class, please prepare the following:
Read and think about Bressman, Preface pages xxi-xxiii.
Also, read the Course Requirements (attached) carefully and get a sense of the Syllabus-- in particular, its structure and contents. Come to class prepared with some questions.
Read and think about the Table of Contents of the Bressman casebook. Think about why I asked you to do this and how it will be useful to you in the course.
